Mix together all the dry ingredients thoroughly

Add Worcestershire and stir until it makes a thick sauce. You may need to add a little more Worcestershire.

Stir Dijon mustard into the sauce.

Rub the sauce on both sides of the steak and allow steak to warm slightly on the counter while you heat the grill. Allow to sit in sauce for at least 30 minutes.

Grill on low heat on grill for about 8 minutes on each side.
