Steak for Dinner
Author: Crabby Housewife
Ingredients
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • Fresh garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dijon mustard
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
Instructions
  1. I use about equal parts of the sauces, vinegar and olive oil. I just don't measure. So, if you like to measure, you could use say 2 tablespoons of each.
  2. Press the garlic. I don't sell Pampered Chef, but I love their products. I use the PC garlic press for all my cooking, which almost always has garlic in it. You can use whatever press you like. Add in one or two cloves.
  3. Add salt and pepper (a few shakes of each).
  4. Add a squirt of Dijon mustard (maybe 1/2 teaspoon-you don't want much or it will overpower the other tastes).
  5. Mix completely (I use a whisk).
  6. Put steaks in ziplock bag and add the marinade. Let sit in fridge overnight preferably but for at least two to three hours. Enjoy perfect steaks, grilled or pan fried. Yum!
