-
Mix the turkey and ground beef complete and brown in a skillet.
-
If using 90% lean beef, you may need to add a little oil as the turkey tends to stick without a higher fat content beef. Just watch it. You'll know if you need to add a drizzle of oil.
-
Chop the cabbage. The style doesn't really matter. I like mine in thin slivers. Make sure they are small enough to eat easily.
-
In a large skillet, drizzle a couple of tablespoons of olive oil over the bottom.
-
Set heat to medium and allow to heat for about three minutes.
-
Add 1 clove of crushed garlic (fresh is best), 1/4 cup of diced onions and stir for two minutes.
-
Add cabbage to the pan.
-
Stir until the cabbage starts to brown. The cabbage will reduce a lot.
-
Turn off heat.
-
Sprinkle a dash or two (not much!) of red pepper
-
Shake on about 1/8 cup of soy sauce and then add ground beef/turkey mix and stir thoroughly.

Dinner is ready and delicious.
